Thank you In Memory of Life for all the care that you provided to us in making funeral arrangements for our dad. Kate was our main point of contact and was incredibly professional and empathetic throughout a very difficult process and time, further excacerbated by the time of year (December Christmas Holidays). All our questions were answered quickly, with patience and kindness. Though we had raised questions multiple times over multiple email chains, Kate was able to respond to each and every query and was really patient with us. The whatsapp messaging function that IMoL have was also really helpful. Responses were quick regardless of the channel it was raised in ( i.e email or whatsapp), and where IMoL liaised with third parties on our behalf they did so on the day itself or the next business day, Kate also kept us informed through out the process and we had daily updates. There was never a time where we felt a response was taking too long or it was too difficult to get a hold of IMoL. We also felt that In Memory of Life were able to understand some of our unique circumstances and accommodate for them appropriately too. The funeral day itself was organised well; our appointed funeral director was professional and compassionate. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
