Harriet and her team come highly recommended by us. Funerals are very sensitive for all parties involved and they went above and beyond to get us through such a difficult time, even when there was a slight hiccup, Harriet worked on her days off and promised that changes would be made and delivered on it, she was very concerned about my mum's feelings during the entire planning. Donna the funeral director was exceptional, she was on top of everything, updated me on the processes, stepped in for my mum when our guests were breaking the rules we put in place.
