In Memory of Life were very quick in their responses both via E-mail and Telephone. They listened to what we wanted for our mum and were able to offer us the services that we required whilst taking away the services that we did not require.
They did not try to charge us additional fees for services that we brought in from elsewhere (which some other Directors had tried to do).
Everything ran very smoothly and we as a family were very grateful for the assistance of Megan, Rebecca and Martin.
