Thank you all for your help in the preparation for Mum’s service. We thought you were all marvellous and you made what was a final farewell as good as it could have been. You were all so caring, professional and dignified . The sunlight pouring in from the chapel windows lighting up the flowers on Mum's coffin was a lovely memory.
It was interesting to see how all worked and I was so impressed by the whole team as you took as much care for those who had no family present as those of us with a small team of family at the crematorium. Thank you all.
