We were surprised and very pleased at the ease of arranging the funeral for our beloved son, not having to go and sit in some strange waiting-room, but just gather around the phone or screen. Harriet was wonderful, at the end of the phone, checking on every detail, and dealing with the vagaries of flower-orders from family in Australia. On the day, all was perfect.
