survey as expected accept for one surprise comment of saying that the property is in a Radon Gas affected area. In these instances it would be really good if the surveyor had access to a Geiger counter to give some idea of how much the property is affected. Other professional tests by UK Radon take 3 months to carry out and vendors not interested in check the levels before selling.
