The system was very easy to use. The survey was instructed and carried out smoothly with updates provided when the report was due to be uploaded. The report was laid out clearly with observations noted and recommendations for further investigation. Sadly we didn’t go through with the purchase for a separate reason though would use again if we found ourselves looking in the future
