While in the end I had a survey done, I don't like the booking process (or lack of one) with this company.
When you try to book a survey, they cannot see the diary of the Surveyor. I was given misleading information as to available, bookable dates, which caused huge stress and confusion.
Saying that, when I complained, a survey was arranged and carried out very promptly.
