In the sales call I was told to be charged for a price and then found out from my bank statement i was charged £19 extra. It’s not a big deal thought it’s an error so called and sales promised to refund me the £19. Now a month passed, nothing happened, nothing refunded. However 2 stars for the third party company they hired who did the report pretty well.
