Unfortunately it is not a service l would recommend to others. I had to chase up Customer Services on 2 occasions as my Survey had not been booked in for Completion. On the first occasion it was apparent that it had been forgotten!
When it did get done l was sent a Survey on a property that was not my purchase !!! So again l had to chase up so that the Survey l was sent got to the right place and l got mine
