From the date we paid for the visa fee 11 December 2023 and we have been ignored from all of the below: Client relations officer - Alexandra Shirtcliffe; Immigration Advice Service - Amy Flanagan; Immigration Lawyer - Samantha Cretten; Enquiries Team - Lindsey Alexandre; Immigration Lawyer - Crystal McGowan. I would love to get my visa going and submitted but since I PAID IAS, none of these people have come back to assist or respond and actually talk about processing the VISA. Now I want a refund and its like IAS has fallen off the side of the earth!? I keep sending emails and I keep doing online chats and people keep promising to help. Yet nothing. Tom in Ireland was great! Samantha was a big help in understand our situation. BUT no one would respond for anything. No even Samantha came back and offered to help seeing there is an issue and she was CC'd in the mails.
