Neither the lawyer nor I were sent the video link in advance, so there was a mad scramble at the time of the appointment, but the phone receptionist was very responsive at that moment. Be proactive in acquiring the link in advance. Once connected, I had a very pleasant and informative conversation with Marie Nguekam who answered all of my questions and gave further important advice that spotlighted an issue I had overlooked. She followed up with a written summary. I have three days to pose any further questions by email. Overall, the advice session was well worth it. Ms Nguekam was knowledgeable and personable.
