Please don't waste your time with this company, as their booking process is a disaster. I paid $280 for an online interview and nobody showed up. Eventually, after 17 minutes a lawyer popped up on my screen, but only after me having fired several emails to alert them I was waiting. The lawyer was nice and agreed it was unprofessional and that he would arrange a partial refund as we only had 13 minutes remaining of the 30-minute meeting. After the meeting, I reached out to the Booking Manager, and this is what his reply was: We do not issue refunds as a matter of policy. We're all human after all. But I guess no one is allowed to make a mistake.
