I was glad, IAS helped me to win my appeal; but I struggled to get feed back from my case worker especially after the appeal hearing and waiting for the appeal outcome; which took many months. In summary; I expected a periodic feedback on the situation of things ad the waiting perio could be discouraging and lengthy.
