I bought these to help prepare meals for my Mother who has Dementia. The containers allow me to either pack them for two or a single meal for when I come and stay with her. I needed the option of freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe containers for which igluu are. These also serve as a double purpose for I can leave meals for my husband as well while I am visiting and staying overnight with my Mother. Win Win for all!
