The service and concept behind it is brilliant but your delivery driver leaves a lot to be desired. On two occasions he picked up my donation bags with such attitude and this time left a piece of paper I had left on top of the bag on the floor in the hallway even though it was clearly visible. Not appreciated - and service with a smile costs nothing :)
