The driver had a scowl on his face because i didnt answere the door right away, i had only been in a hour as my mum had a fall at 11pm and the ambulance didnt get to her till 6, so i didnt get home till after 7am, went stright to bed, i tryed to explain this to the driver why i took ages to answer the door, all he said is i dint want to know, were do i go for the bags, this attitude is disgusting, i only lost my husband last week and they were his clothes i was donating.
Your driver needs to be nicer to people.
