I received an email claiming my boxes had been collected at 09:23am on 3rd March. My 3x very large boxes are still outside my front door. The driver didn't press my intercom (like previous drivers have) and apparently removed two bags from the front (communal) area. I suspect this is somebody else's household rubbish and this has greatly inconvenienced me.
When I contacted customer service, I spoke with a very abrupt and unhelpful individual who was only interested in rebooking. As I said earlier, these are very large boxes, (many of the contents are new with labels) and I don't intend to bring them back into my home since they take up too much room. I think it was highly insensitive and inconsiderate for you not to arrange to return to my property to remove these boxes. I consider this to be poor customer service and I cannot be certain the items will still be available for collection when the driver returns on Friday 5th.
