Not sure why people put 1 star when they could just message the company and the company will solve the issue straight away. I've used iceheadshop over the last 3 years and have to say its the best vape/CBD company out there. I've ordered loads of stuff and always arrived but on a few occasions they've given me a higher CBD dosage as the product I ordered was out of stock so its great they go out of their way to make customers happy instead of not giving you the item because its out of stock. I also had a dodgy bottle (the lid would come off easily) and it went all over me, the floor and so on so ended up losing most of my liquid. Message them on their website 22/06/22 and they are sending out the liquid aswell as nicotine without a worry in the world. This is free aswell so replacing my liquid with the same liquid I ordered. Will always recommend to friends/family would rate 100 stars if I could.
