Operators were polite and informative, especially the male one but sorry I can't remember his name. The lady one was a bit short when having to explain the need for items I didn't want (details below) probably, I thought, because she knew they were unjustifiable but her job required her to put a positive spin on them. So - only real problem is paying for insurance I don't need, ie cover for domestic staff or don't want, ie public liability - these are part of the bundle and although described as 'free', we all know that no insurance is free and I hate the thought of subsidising insurance for people rich enough to have domestic staff!! So I think these items should be de-bundled and that there should be more realistic options tailored to what the client actually wants.
