We are happy with the training for fire awareness and fire marshals. We have now introduced the training as part of our induction process for new staff. Our policy is to ensure staff refresh their fire awareness training every three years. I have asked if this can be changed on our certificates but this has not been done yet. The administration of the course is easy to understand.
