Based on my perspective with no previous TEFL course experience, I felt this course was very comprehensive. It also included a great deal of supplemental information and resources to help with the course material. I was *a little* disappointed that chat and phone were not more responsive, but they made up for this with generally quick turn-around on emails. Furthermore, the emails appeared to be thoughtful and directly targeted my questions. This is opposed to the easily noticeable "copy/paste" from a manual type of response I have grown accustomed to. Great program and support staff i-to-i! I imagine you must be experiencing a surge in demand based on current global events! Keep up the good work and only improve for the better! Stay healthy!
