Had a hot tub repair done today by hydro active spas . From booking it in at the showroom in branton to finding the problem, getting the correct part ordered and then repaired took a week. Very prompt and reliable service. We have had a yearly hot tub service with them for the past 5 years and the odd repair in between as well as up to date chemical advice and each time we get great service, communication and advice each time.
