Both Chris and Martin have been fantastic upon delivery and installation of our hot tub. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Following some issues at the beginning of our purchase, of which Katy was supportive and helpful throughout, Chris and Martin made us feel at ease and confident in the product we have purchased and the service we have received. Thanks for a great experience were looking forward to enjoying our tub!
