I recently purchased 5 hi-vis vests from this company for my landscape business. While the quality of the vests was satisfactory overall, there were some noticeable stitching issues. However, the main disappointment was the lack of customisation that I paid for. I requested embroidery on the front and prints on the back of the vests, but none of them had the embroidery on the front. Additionally, the sizes were incorrect; I ordered 3 large, 1 medium, and 1 small, but received 4 large and 1 medium. If there is an option to resolve these issues, I would be happy to reconsider my review. I believe there is potential for improvement, and I am willing to update my rating to five stars if these issues can be addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
