The service and communication was really fast and also nice and helpfull. The delivery was a farce. GLS is not able to deliver the goods as mentioned in theire tracking system. It is not your fault, but you should change your delivery partner.
In the end you were quiet obligingnes, because the shoes had some issues.
Overall, good service, ok product, but bad delivery.
