Ordered a pair of Boss Sweat Pants and received some stained and damaged ones in a clear sellotaped bag. Obviously returns of some sort. Took photos and contacted customer service who accepted return and emailed postage label. Returned Boss Sweat Pants with tags still intact but then refused refund or exchange. Trading standards involved. Stay well away. Shocking customer service.
