I ordered a pair of boots online to be delivered to my local Hurleys store. The boots were unfortunately too small so I asked the store what my options were. They didn't have another size for me to try so I asked for a refund. This is where it got a little crazy? I was told that I could not return the boots to the store and I would have to go back online and start a returns process this way. I protested that I hadn't even left the store and I purchased from the same company so why can't I just leave them with the store? "Oh, because you haven't actually left the store we can handle this for you", was the response I received. What on earth is the difference?
