ordered 2 x 4 seater benches for my patio. arrived quickly and appear to be well made However one of the joints on the seat section was damaged.
Informed hunters by e mail [included photo of damage] who apologised and said they would send out a replacement bench immediately.
New bench arrived 2 days later.
