I've been using the bovine collagen every day for a week now. It dissolves quickly and easily in my coffee, has no flavour and adds a creaminess. I tried in tea but it did alter the taste slightly. Coffee is the way to go!
It's too early to comment on the benefits but I think my skin is already starting to feel more hydrated and clearer!
