Lovely quality products with no rubbish in, just quality nourishing ingredients. I bought the giftset which was a lovely opprtunity to try a few products at a very reasonable price. I now have a few of the mayo's and they are all so creamy. My favourite though is the ranch dressing, which tastes divine and adds an exciting dimension to salads, and a little goes a long way. I will be back! In the past I have bought MCT oil, which I used to help me sleep on extended fasts, a little capful has the effect of soothing my fasting brain and allowing me to sleep.I think they are a great company, with fab high quality products and far superior to anything you would buy in a supermarket. I have noted that shop bought mayo often has a fishy taste, but H&G products are creamy and fresh tasting.
