I have been very happy with my new Human until last night (Friday).
When I went to look at a recording the machine went to the Program page and page told me there were no Recordings.The light on the human was at green. I tried to switch the humax but there was no movement. I tried this a number of times to no avail.
Eventually I switched the humax off at the power source and when I switched it on again it worked as normal.
What happened here?
I would like you to record this occurrence as were it to happen again I would be seeking a replacement.
I would point out that I only use the humax to make and watch recordings.
