The first box was faulty so a replacement was sent shortly afterwards. Great! But the delivery guy asked for the remote. the power pack & I gave him the instructions as well. On opening the new box, discovered just the unit inside. It has taken 11 days to get them sent back! Minus the instructions. No real fault of Humax, but all down to DPD delivery company. Thanks guys!
