Product is excellent value for money. Good, timely delivery via DPD. Had some minor problems registering and placing order on the Web site. Documentation on line could also be a bit more comprehensive for us "Geeks". For example, more technical information to help in making a decision about options for an external HDD. Otherwise, a very good product and company.
