It was not just the Quality of Service I was impressed with, it was also having an Advisor and Case Manager who were both extremely helpful, responsive and excellent communicators. kept me up to date and was informative. Most importantly, I could not possibly have searched for the right mortgage product for me in the time scale that I had, this has been a hassle free experience.
