I ordered my watering can on 20th of July (#57412) and I emailed on 26th of August to ask my status update. But I have not received any proper reply at all. I also sent DM here but still ... no reply!!! Even with the COVID situation, I'm really disappointed you have not been able to provide a response - at this point I just want to cancel the order and get a refund and order elsewhere.
