Update: order finally arrived much later than was originally quoted on the website but the product was exactly as ordered.
Ordered 10 days ago and paid for express shipping. DPD notified that they were expecting the parcel after 4 days and they still haven’t received it. Contacted the company twice via email to chase or cancel the order and have heard nothing back. Terrible service. Just hope I can somehow get my money back!
