My vacation to Italy was delayed a couple of times during the pandemic but Steve and co at Firefly were extremely accomodating and helpful when rearranging dates to suit differing flight schedules. I even got a text checking we had arrived safely and making sure everything was in order. I wont hesitate to book with Firefly again in the near future.
