Absolutely excellent, personal, service. It must have been an incredibly difficult time for the Firefly team through COVID, with so much disruption to manage, and yet they were always friendly, helpful, considerate and flexible. Made a very stressful time for us much better. We were so glad we had decided to book our holiday through them, rather than direct.
