As a family we have never used any sort of travel agent service - we’ve always booked holidays ourselves. So I was sceptical about what Firefly could do for us. How wrong I was! From beginning to end (and the long period of Covid and lockdowns in the middle!) Firefly provided outstanding customer service. They were phenomenal in every respect - advice, communication, financially. I can’t thank them enough. Especially given the challenges faced during 2020 and 2021. We always felt as though we were in very safe hands.
