Fantastic customer service received throughout the booking process. Nothing was too much trouble. We changed our holiday from one booked for Croatia in 2020 which was postponed, to one in Italy in 2022. Various quotations were requested for car hire, transfers, different dates etc and the advisors were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Firefly again I’m sure.
