My experience has not been great so far. I placed my first order on January 19th. On January 27th I received an email from Sandra Lemon (Sales & Mktg Manager) letting me know that the package was refused by customs and returned and that she was going to send it out right away via Parcel Force Global Express. Today is February 3rd and I still don't have the order. I emailed her again on February 1st asking for an update, but have not heard back.
Your website is NOT helpful at all, as it doesn't provide tracking information or any other information, other than the order has been completed. It does not show a ship date either.
So...it has been over 2 weeks and I have NO idea where my order is or where it's coming. If someone could contact me about it, I'd appreciate it.
