The logic of the storage areas could be improved and maybe a few cardboard boxes could be provided for the storage under the back seats (we organised some from the local supermarket), so the items don't slide around while driving. However, the car was clean and well equipped, the LED lights excellent, so there are no complaints here. The location of the water canister is a little hard to access, but again, this is very minor. Just as feedback to you. The van was in excellent condition, and drove well. Your customer service was excellent, second to none! I would highly recommend your company and service. Maybe a little better information on how to meet your staff at the train station early in the dealings as we did not receive the email with *** phone contacts. But all went well at the end!
