Tho the slices are small, it is very very filling, & at .3 carbs per slice one can easily have 2/3 slices guilt free!
I'm not a fan of seeded bread but this was extremely tasty. My chap loved it & its been a go-to for him for a tasty breakfast. I will certainly buy again & we'll done. This is the BEST low carb bread we have tasted (& we have tried lots!) I felt at first that the price was high but as you don't eat much of it to feel fuller, it's quite reasonable.
