Was very skeptical as have tried every low carb/keto bread available in the uk and so far they’d all been a huge disappointment texture, taste and quality wise. I ordered the bundle that comes with one of everything and have to say they are all very good, particularly the white bread buns, subs and slices. Does not taste like bread because it isn’t so don’t be fooled but it does taste nice and close enough to white bread, plus the texture is spot on, doesn’t ‘sink’ and it isn’t thin/light as air so it does actually fill you up and has a good bite to it. Less keen on the seeded versions, a bit too wet/stodgy for me but they toast nicely, even though the slices are VERY small. Bagels are ok just not low cal enough for me and the cinnamon raisin loaf hits the spot for cake if toasted and buttered so all in all a success and will be getting regular deliveries moving on. Price could be lower, sliced bread needs to be a bit bigger or you need two sandwiches instead of one.
