I have been keen on the keto/LCHF diet for two years. I stopped eating bread because I could not find alterations or time to do it alone. Moreover, with time, I came to use OMAD. However, I wanted to try it and add something new to my menu. I ordered cinnamon and raisins loaf and keto seeded bread.
The cinnamon and raisins loaf is so delicious! It tastes so good. However, I am not convinced about the soy-staff ingredients so that it won't be a long-term love story.
The other one, keto seed bread, is good, too. It's delicious with lard cracklings and salt. Again, some of the ingredients are questionable.
I think it is a good product for those who have just started their journey on the LCHF/Keto diet and need those tastes to survive the adaptation time. Also, it is suitable as a time-to-time (not too often) snack. Why so? I do not think it could be erythritol that made my stomach in pain (cinnamon and raisins loaf); I think it maybe soya and/or oat, as previously I had unwanted "sensations". So, this is what the company have to consider.
Another thing I purchased was powdered peanut butter. I saw powdered peanut butter for the first time in my life, and I was like, " What on earth? " Hahaha!
You have to mix it with water, but not too much, as it loses its taste. Then you have your peanut butter with an intense and tasty smell. That is a good one!
