My initial interaction with Heylo was one of poor service. The delivery time was exceeded by two days without any communication from Heylo, and my enquiry was met with an excuse of high levels of orders delaying my order, and the refund of delivery costs. I vowed to not buy from Heylo again. The two loaves duly arrived, three days late. The quality of the seeded loaf and the white loaf diluted my annoyance with Heylo. The products are really, really good, are low in calories, low in carbs, but the texture and taste of the bread is as if it is a conventional loaf with all of the bad stuff in it. Well done on the quality of your product Heylo, I will certainly be buying from you again.
