I am so happy to have low carb breads to enjoy as I am diabetic.
However, I am also vegan, for over 50 years now, so am extremely disappointed that in this day and age of scientific breakthroughs and greater compassionate understanding, there is not a soft bread substitute that does not exploit/torture other beings.
Please could you attempt a soft white version that does not contain milk products???
