If no stars were possible. Went to John glen garage doors on Saturday, with a problem with a garage door. Agreed a price with Andrew for the repair. I rang up on Wednesday to see if there was any news when the job would be carried out. Only to be told some one would call back, but no one did. I decided to go back to the showroom to be met by some so called account manager to say he can’t do it for the price I was told by Andrew. I asked if I could speak to Andrew. He replies you can deal with me I’m number 2. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is shocking.
