I am always very weary to order from the internet and so I found the customer service phone number for the Swegway store and they were very happy to answer any of my questions about their products. Ordering was easy and straight forward with PayPal and although there was a hold up with orders and delivery the Swegway store had already phoned and had kept me updated on what was happening with my order. I found them helpful and friendly. My order arrived and is of excellent quality, I highly recommend the Swegway store.
